What must be prepared to register a Xignature account?
The following data must be prepared by prospective Xignature users:
1. User's personal email address
2. KTP (Identity Card)
3. Active cell phone number that can be contacted
How long does the Xignature registration process take?
The Xignature registration process only takes less than 5 minutes.
What is a digital certificate?
A digital certificate is an electronic file that functions as a digital identity to ensure the security of communications and transactions in the digital world. This certificate is issued by a trusted party called a Certificate Authority (CA) and contains important information such as:
● The name of the certificate owner (individual, organization, or website)
● Owner's public key
● Name of issuing CA
● Certificate validity period
● Certificate serial number
● Digital signature of the CA
What information is needed if my Company wants to register on Xignature?
The following data is required to register a Company account on Xignature:
1. Company name
2. Company address
3. No NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number)
4. No NIB (Business Identification Number)
5. Nama PIC (Person in Charge)
6. PIC's cellphone number
7. PIC Email
What to do when Liveness not Passed?
Problems that are often encountered when taking liveness photos are usually caused by the lack of lighting on the camera. To resolve this, please repeat the selfie with brighter and clearer lighting, and make sure your face fits into the circle area available on the screen.
You can also register through the Xignature application which is available on the Play Store and App Store.
Why did I not receive my activation email?
If the account activation email is not found in the inbox folder, Xigners may check the spam or junk folder. Here are the steps to activate your Xignature account:
1. Open the spam or junk folder on the email account.
2. Search for the verification email from the email dita@xignature.co.id
3. After finding the verification email, mark the email as "Not Spam".
4. After marking the email, go back to the inbox folder.
5. Look for the verification email which should now appear in the inbox.
6. Open the verification email and your xignature account will be activated.
What if my account activation email is invalid when I access it?
You can resend the activation link in the following way:
1. Visit the following link: https://my.xignature.co.id/register/activate.
2. Enter the email address used during registration.
3. Fill in and answer the verification captcha and click resend.
What should I do when I log in to Xignature and get a notification that my account does not have a digital certificate?
If you get "no certificate", it means you need to create a digital certificate.
The digital certificate creation process costs around Rp20,000, excluding VAT. After making the payment, please take a selfie or liveness. After a successful selfie, a digital certificate will be issued and is valid for 1 year. In addition, you will also get a free bonus of TTE (Electronic Signature) for 10 times.
Can foreigners enroll in Xignature?
For each account, foreigners need to complete the following data for initial registration purposes:
1. Passport
2. KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card)
3. A letter from t h e Human Resources Department that you are an employee of the company.
4. Selfie photo
5. Email
6. Cell phone number
7. Video call to confirm data with Xignature team.
